Prairie Revival Ecological
Custom UV sun shirts for Prairie Revival Ecological. Performance shirts like lightweight UPF 50+ sun hoodies and stretch-blend tees are tough to print on: they stretch, they melt, and the wrong heat ruins a good shirt fast. So we printed and pressed the test run ourselves.
Prairie Revival Ecological's team works outdoors, so the shirts had to be comfortable, block the sun, and make the crew easy to recognize. These shirts are a uniform for the crew and advertising for the business.

The Design: A clean, textured emblem featuring an oak leaf and circular typography.
Why We Do the Pressing Ourselves
When your name is on the gear, the details matter. If the placement is off by a half-inch, it looks sloppy. If the heat is too high, you leave a permanent burn on a synthetic shirt.
Running these through our own press let us dial in the exact settings:
Sharp Details: The fine, distressed lines in the oak leaf held up without blurring or bleeding into the synthetic fabric.
Centered Placement: A left-chest logo on a raglan sleeve has to account for how the fabric hangs, and the large back graphic has to sit squarely between the shoulder blades.
No Fabric Damage: Pressing synthetics without a shiny heat-plate spot or color bleeding through the ink takes the right time, temperature, and pressure.
The Bottom Line
The test run came out clean. The prints are flat, thin, and move with the fabric, so this gear is ready to get dirty in the field.
We don't expect clients to care about press temperatures. We care because that's how your logo ends up looking the way it should.
