Pieper Electric (Pieper Power)
A custom performance hat for Pieper Power in Wrightstown, with a sharp UV-printed leather patch and bold red rope detail.
Pieper Power wanted hats that looked sharp in the field and felt like real gear. This one pairs a lightweight performance hat, a full-color UV-printed leather patch, and a red rope accent.
A field-ready hat with a crisp full-color patch and strong contrast that makes the Pieper Power logo easy to recognize.

Pieper Power is based in Wrightstown, and its crew needed a hat that could handle the workday. The black performance hat is lightweight, and the red rope ties it back to their colors.
Custom Performance Hats for a Wrightstown Crew
The structured performance shape stays comfortable through long days on the job, and the UV-printed leather patch keeps the Pieper Power logo crisp and colorful. We make these UV patches in Appleton. It feels like real crew gear, not a generic promo item.
The red rope stands out without crowding the patch, and it looks good from a distance or up close. The crew now wears a matching hat on jobs in Wrightstown, Appleton, and around the Fox Valley.

We worked with NobleWorks on a recent merch order for our sales team and clients and everything turned out great. We were very appreciative of the support and communication from their team and the final product was better than what we get from other providers we work with.

Worked with Trask at NobleWorks on shirts for our upcoming varsity basketball season. He was responsive, listened to what I was looking for, came and met with me in-person to go through colors and fabric. And he got the order filled and delivered within two weeks of the process starting. Would recommend to anyone and we will definitely be working with NobleWorks again in the future. They provided a professional and incredible experience.

Great experience overall. I brought in a few of my own designs and they also helped create one from scratch, and everything turned out exactly how I hoped. They were upfront about timing, kept me in the loop, and delivered when they said they would. Pricing was actually better than the big online companies, and it felt good supporting a local business instead. I’ll definitely be coming back for future projects.

I purchased cutting boards and coasters from NobleWorks and we absolutely loved both of the products. For the cutting boards, I put my kids favorite recipes of mine on the cutting board and gave it as a Christmas gift. They absolutely loved it.
