Building Better Brand Assets: Testing Custom UV Sun Shirts in the Shop
We don’t just design logos; we build physical brand assets engineered for the real world. When developing custom UV sun shirts for Prairie Revival Ecological, we brought the production into our own shop—using our xTool Apparel Printer to print and press the gear ourselves.

Testing Apparel Before It Reaches the Field
For Prairie Revival Ecological, the shirt had to work as real field gear—not just as a branded giveaway. We tested custom UV sun shirts in our shop with the xTool Apparel Printer so we could see how the artwork, color, and placement translated onto the garment before committing to a larger run.
In-house production gives us control over the details that are easy to miss in a mockup. We can adjust scale, check contrast against the garment color, and make sure the print supports the brand without competing with the person wearing it. That hands-on process is especially important for outdoor teams whose apparel has to look professional after long days in the sun.
The finished shirts became a practical extension of Prairie Revival’s identity: durable, intentional, and easy to recognize in the field. When businesses need branded apparel in Appleton and the Fox Valley, our shop process makes it easier to turn a good concept into gear people actually want to wear.
