A Seasonal Example
Take a hypothetical Greenville lawn care company that mows in summer and plows in winter. Left alone, its profile still leads with lawn mowing in December, and the photos show green grass during the first snowfall. With monthly maintenance, the services and photos switch over in late fall, a post goes up about snow removal sign-ups, and holiday hours are in place before Thanksgiving. Come spring, the whole thing flips back.
Maintenance Plan Questions
Do I have to send you something every month?
It helps, but it is not required. A few phone pictures of recent work go a long way. If nothing new comes in, we still run the checks and the scheduled updates.
How is this different from a one-time cleanup?
Not quite. A cleanup fixes what is wrong today. Maintenance keeps things from slipping again, which is why a cleanup is often the first step before a monthly plan.
What goes in the monthly recap?
A plain list of the posts, photos, hours changes, and page edits we made, plus any open questions for you, like whether a new service should be added to your profile.
