The Canvas: Premium heavyweight black pullover hoodies and performance quarter-zip pullovers.
The Design: A custom, rugged shield logo featuring crisp metallic gradients, sharp blue accents, and dedicated service icons (water drops, snowflakes, buffers, and plows).
Why We Do the Pressing Ourselves
When you’re putting your name on a piece of gear, execution matters. If a fine gradient bleeds out, or if the logo alignment is off by even a fraction of an inch on the press, the uniform looks sloppy.
By running these garments through our own press, we were able to dial in the exact technical specs required for a flawless finished product:
Phase 1: Custom Logo Design: Hietpas needed branding that represented everything they do—from detailing vehicles to tackling winter property maintenance. We designed a custom shield so their customers instantly know exactly what they're about.
Phase 2: In-House DTF Printing: To make sure the fine details of the logo popped beautifully on dark fabric, we printed the designs using high-quality Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers. This method ensures the colors stay vibrant and don't fade after a few spins in the wash.
Phase 3: The Final Press: We lined up and heat-pressed each logo perfectly onto the hoodies and performance quarter-zips. The result is heavy-duty, comfortable workwear that handles the daily grind and keeps the crew looking unified on every job site.
