We just wrapped up a fresh run of custom hats for Gump’s Mow N Go, keeping their crew looking sharp and professional while they’re out taking care of the Fox Valley.

• The Method: Full-Color UV-Printed Leatherette Patches

The Build

For a lawn care crew, a hat is a daily uniform. Gump's needed their branding to be tough, but they also needed their phone number to be crystal clear so people could read it from the street.

Instead of traditional stitching—which can make small text look blurry—we UV-printed their full-color logo directly onto leatherette patches.

Going this route gives you the best of both worlds:

• Super Clean Detail: The text, phone number, and mower graphic stay perfectly sharp and readable.

• Made for the Job: The UV inks are built to handle long hours under the sun without fading out.

• Premium Feel: The leatherette patch gives the classic Richardson 112 frame a clean, rugged look.

We printed these on two versatile colorways to give the guys options while keeping the whole team looking unified on the job site.
